Alan Glover
Alan is a Solicitor and Family Mediator. He is from Barnsley and has spent his professional life working in South Yorkshire. He qualified in 1990 and at that time joined MKB Solicitors LLP. He became a Partner in the business in 1998.
Alan specialises in the following areas of family law:
- Divorce/Dissolution of Civil Partnerships
- Finances as a result of separation and/or divorce/dissolution of Civil Partnerships
- Injunctions to freeze assets
- Domestic Violence Injunctions
- Children Issues
- Family Mediation
Alan has, over the years, acquired substantial experience in all areas of Family Law. He has experience of dealing with financial cases where there has been little or no money, to cases involving multi-million pound settlements. He also handled a number of International Child Relocation cases.
He conducts cases in the Family Proceedings Court (formerly known as Magistrates Court), County Court, High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Alan is a member of Resolution which is the UK's largest group of solicitors specialising in Family Law issues. He appears in the Resolution Directory of Accredited Specialists in the areas of emergency remedies in financial proceedings and children proceedings.
