Sally Osborn
Sally is a Solicitor whose career began in 2007. Since then, she has gained experience at two large city firms acting for both Claimants and Respondents. She is able to advise in relation to all aspects of employment law including -
- unfair and constructive dismissal
- redundancy
- equal pay
- discrimination claims
- compromise agreements
She joined MKB Solicitors in October 2008 and is a member of the Industrial Law Society.
Sally was Vice President of the Barnsley Law Society from 2009 - 2010 and the President from 2010 - April 2011. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Sheffield Junior Lawyers Division.
