Simon Brian
Simon is a Partner who specialises in employment law. He acts for both employers and employees and advises on all aspects of employment law, including -

- constructive dismissal
- employment contract disputes
- disciplinary and grievance matters
- discrimination issues
- redundancy advice
- whistle-blowing and TUPE
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Simon worked for a major FTSE100 plc, during which time he gained significant HR and management experience. Simon is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society.
