Gerard qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined the firm in 2002. He became a partner in 2005. He is a Solicitor-Advocate and has rights of audience in all criminal proceedings and deals with all levels of criminal defence work including appeals and judicial reviews and represents Defendants involved in public protest and civil liberties issues.
